Meet Your Inspector

Indiana License #: HI02500104

James Bosworth is the owner of Snag & Flag Inspections, LLC and performs residential home inspections in Indiana. He loves being self-employed and building direct, respectful relationships with clients.
James worked for the family's printing business for over 26 years; ensuring quality work, on-time delivery and exceeding customer expectations. When a full kitchen remodel and various home improvements sparked a deeper connection with his personal sanctuary (his home), his enthusiasm in helping others through home inspecting was born.
James is an Indiana Licensed Home Inspector and a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He uses his inspections with his clients to teach them about their home, not just the small "snag" and red "flag" deficiencies identified during an inspection.
